VoiceLedger is a web + mobile app for capturing employee feedback and turning it into a transparent, auditable action log. Employees can submit ideas, concerns, and incidents with optional anonymity, attach evidence, and choose visibility (manager-only, HR, or org-wide). Leaders must respond using structured statuses (acknowledged, investigating, planned, shipped, declined) with deadlines and owners, creating a “receipt trail” that employees can see. A lightweight AI layer clusters duplicates, flags recurring themes, and drafts neutral summaries for leadership updates—without pretending to be a therapist or legal advisor. The product is intentionally boring: it focuses on accountability, not engagement gimmicks. Integrations with Slack/Teams and SSO reduce friction. Exportable reports help HR and compliance teams demonstrate due diligence during audits, investigations, and board reviews.
