VoicemailIQ is a mobile + web app that captures business voicemails, transcribes them, and converts them into actionable items with owners, due dates, and follow-ups. It provides a dedicated business voicemail inbox (or integrates with existing numbers via call forwarding) so teams can stop losing requests in personal phone apps. Each message is summarized, tagged (billing, support, sales), and routed to the right person or shared inbox. It also detects urgency (e.g., “system down”, “cancel”, “refund”) and escalates with push/Slack alerts. For compliance and clarity, it stores the audio, transcript, and a simple activity log of who handled it and when. This is not a full VoIP replacement; it’s a focused layer that makes voicemail usable for small teams that still rely on calls.
