It connects to your POS (via API/export), normalizes transactions, and flags high-risk events with clear reasons (e.g., repeated refunds without receipts, overrides near shift end, abnormal manager approvals). An AI layer clusters cashier behavior against store baselines and highlights outliers, but the product stays practical: every alert links to the exact transaction, employee, register, and timestamp for quick review. Managers get a simple daily “Top 10 exceptions” list, while LP teams can run cross-store comparisons and export evidence packets for HR.
