VolleyScout is a mobile + web AI app for volleyball coaches who need usable stats without a dedicated statistician. Record matches on a phone or tablet, and the app auto-detects rallies, serves, receptions, attacks, blocks, and errors, then links them to rotation and player. Coaches get immediate side-out %, break-point %, serve target effectiveness, and rotation-by-rotation weaknesses, plus short video clips for each key event. The honest reality: perfect player-level tracking from a single camera is still unreliable in messy gyms, so the MVP focuses on team-level metrics and coach-confirmed tagging (fast review workflow) rather than pretending it’s fully automatic. It’s built for high school/club programs that already film but don’t have time to turn video into actionable insights. Subscription pricing targets teams, not individual fans.
