VolleyScout is a mobile + web AI app that turns a single phone-recorded volleyball match into usable team stats and coach-ready insights. You upload video, mark team rosters once, and the app auto-generates rotations, serve/receive efficiency, attack distribution, error types, and a simple “what to fix next practice” report. It also produces short, shareable clips for each player (kills, blocks, aces, reception errors) without you manually scrubbing the timeline. The brutal truth: fully automated volleyball vision is hard, so the MVP should focus on reliable, high-value outputs (serve/receive, rotations, and highlight extraction) and allow quick human correction when the AI is unsure. Pricing targets clubs and high schools that can’t afford Hudl-level workflows or dedicated stat crews but still need objective feedback to improve week-to-week.
