VoltVoucher

VoltVoucher is a mobile + web app for rural electrification programs to verify household connections and service delivery with audit-ready evidence. Field agents capture offline-first install data (GPS, timestamp, photos, meter/connection ID, customer signature) and sync when connectivity returns. The platform generates standardized “proof-of-service” packets for each connection and ties them to subsidy milestones (e.g., pole set, drop line installed, meter commissioned, first kWh delivered). A lightweight dashboard helps program managers spot stalled villages, contractor underperformance, and duplicate/ghost connections before money goes out. This is not a magic AI product: it’s mostly workflow, data integrity, and reporting. Optional AI is used only for basic photo checks (e.g., is there actually a meter/pole in frame) to reduce obvious fraud, not to replace audits. Expect adoption friction: it must be dead-simple and work on cheap Android phones.
