It creates shift listings, auto-matches volunteers based on skills, location, and availability, and sends escalating reminders when a shift is at risk (e.g., low sign-ups, high no-show history). Volunteers get a simple calendar view, one-tap confirm/cancel, and “backup” opt-in so cancellations don’t derail programs. Nonprofits get a live coverage dashboard, no-show tracking, and lightweight reporting for boards and funders. This is not a feel-good community feed; it’s operational tooling focused on reliability. The MVP should integrate with common calendars and basic CRM exports, because most orgs won’t replace their existing donor stack. Monetization is straightforward: per-organization subscription tiers based on active volunteers and shifts managed.
