VolunteerOps

VolunteerOps is a mobile + web app for small nonprofits that struggle with volunteer reliability, last-minute cancellations, and chaotic coordination. It focuses on one unglamorous problem: getting the right people to actually show up, prepared, and on time. Orgs create roles with skill requirements, location, and check-in windows. Volunteers get clear commitments, auto-reminders, and a simple “confirm/decline” flow that forces early signal. Day-of, QR check-in and task cards reduce confusion. After shifts, orgs rate reliability (not social clout), track hours, and export reports for grants and audits. The app also includes a lightweight “standby pool” to fill sudden gaps and a broadcast tool for urgent needs. It’s not a feel-good social network; it’s operational software designed to reduce volunteer churn and staff burnout.
