VoteLedger

VoteLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for committees and councils that need auditable decisions without enterprise bloat. It runs structured motions: propose, second, amend, debate timer, vote method selection (roll call, voice, anonymous, weighted), and automatically generates minutes with exact wording, timestamps, and vote tallies. Every decision is stored as a “decision record” with attachments, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and a tamper-evident audit trail suitable for public bodies, HOAs, nonprofits, and boards. The AI component is limited and practical: it drafts minutes from the live agenda and transcript, flags missing required steps (e.g., no second recorded), and suggests standardized language—but humans approve everything. Integrations focus on what committees already use: calendar invites, email notices, and exporting minutes to PDF/Word. The product is intentionally narrow: decision integrity and compliance, not a full project management suite.
