VowCue

VowCue is a mobile + web app for churches to coordinate sacramental ceremonies (especially weddings) with fewer emails, fewer mistakes, and fewer awkward day-of surprises. Couples (or candidates/sponsors) get a clear checklist of required steps: meetings, documents, fees, music selections, readings, rehearsal time, and photo/video rules. Staff get a single dashboard to track status, message participants, and generate a day-of run sheet that includes roles (presider, readers, musicians), timing, and logistics. The app includes configurable templates by denomination/parish policy and keeps an audit trail of approvals. It’s not trying to replace pastoral care; it just removes administrative friction and reduces no-shows, missing paperwork, and scheduling conflicts. Realistically, adoption will be strongest where staff are overwhelmed and ceremonies are frequent.
