VoxNudge

VoxNudge is a web + mobile app for collecting fast, candid interpersonal feedback using short voice notes and lightweight prompts. Instead of long surveys or performative 1:1s, managers, peers, or mentors send a “nudge” (one question, 30–60 seconds to answer). The app auto-transcribes, summarizes themes, and flags recurring issues (e.g., “interrupting,” “unclear priorities”) while keeping responses private and permission-based. Users can choose anonymity, time-delay delivery, and “safe phrasing” templates to reduce conflict. A simple dashboard shows trend lines over time, not vanity scores. It integrates with Slack/Teams for distribution but keeps playback inside VoxNudge to prevent forwarding and dogpiling. This is not a culture platform; it’s a focused tool for improving dialogue quality with minimal overhead and higher honesty than text forms.
