VRScout is a VR-first location scouting tool for event planners and production teams who need to decide on venues fast without endless site visits. The app lets venues or third-party scanners upload a simple 3D capture (from LiDAR phones or 360 rigs), then planners walk the space in VR, drop measurement pins, test seating layouts, and check sightlines from any seat. It includes a lightweight “constraints” layer: power outlets, rigging points, noise limits, loading dock access, and ADA paths. Realistically, it won’t replace a final in-person walk-through, but it can eliminate 60–80% of wasted visits and speed up shortlisting. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for agencies, pay-per-venue listings for venue owners, and per-project exports (PDF, CAD-friendly measurements).
