WaferRecall

WaferRecall is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps semiconductor and electronics teams connect field-return failures (RMA/FA) to manufacturing context: wafer lot, assembly lot, test program version, and supplier batches. The MVP focuses on the ugly reality: data is fragmented across MES exports, test logs, and spreadsheets. Users upload or connect data sources, map identifiers (serial, lot, wafer ID), and generate a trace graph plus a “suspect list” of correlated lots/components. An AI layer assists with messy data normalization (column mapping, fuzzy ID matching, and summarizing failure notes), but the core value is deterministic traceability and correlation reports that are audit-friendly. It’s not a replacement for MES/PLM; it’s a lightweight bridge that makes cross-system recall decisions faster and less political, with clear evidence trails and exportable reports for customers and internal quality reviews.
