WageBridge is a mobile + web app that helps low-income and informal workers build a verifiable work and income record without needing a traditional employer HR system. Users log gigs, shifts, and payments; employers/clients confirm with one-tap attestations; and the app generates a portable “proof-of-work” profile that can be shared with lenders, landlords, training programs, and aid providers. The AI component flags inconsistencies, detects likely fraud patterns, and suggests missing documentation (e.g., location/time checks, receipt capture) to strengthen credibility. This is not a magic poverty solution—its value is narrow but real: reducing the paperwork and trust gap that blocks people from better jobs, microloans, and targeted assistance. Monetization is primarily B2B: NGOs, MFIs, and workforce agencies pay per verified profile or per active cohort, while workers use it free.
