WageBridge is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps clean-energy developers, utilities, and EPCs verify “just transition” labor practices across contractors and suppliers. It collects standardized payroll evidence (wage bands, hours, benefits, safety training, local hire rates) from subcontractors, then produces auditable compliance packets aligned to common requirements in public funding, permitting, and ESG reporting. The app focuses on practicality: simple document intake, anonymized worker-level checks, and a red-flag system for missing benefits, misclassification risk, or below-threshold wages. It also includes a worker feedback channel (SMS/WhatsApp style) to surface issues without requiring a full union-style infrastructure. This is not a feel-good dashboard; it’s a compliance workflow tool that reduces project delays, de-risks funding, and prevents reputational blowups when labor standards are questioned.
