WageLens

WageLens is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps employees and recruiters benchmark wages using verified compensation data, not self-reported guesses. Users upload an offer letter or pay stub (redacted automatically), and the app extracts role, level, location, equity, bonus, and benefits to compare against similar verified records. It outputs a realistic salary range, negotiation levers, and a “likelihood score” that your ask will be accepted given market conditions. For employers, it flags internal pay compression and out-of-band offers before they become retention problems. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles document parsing, normalization, and matching; the product is really a data network with trust. The hard part is building enough verified records and keeping them current, so the MVP focuses on a narrow set of roles/industries and a clean verification loop.
