WageProof is a mobile + web app that helps hourly workers document hours, breaks, tips, and schedule changes, then flags likely labor-rights violations (unpaid overtime, missed breaks, off-the-clock work, tip skimming). Users can log shifts in seconds, import schedules, and store photos/screenshots of rosters, texts, and paystubs in a tamper-evident “evidence locker.” The app generates a plain-language discrepancy report and a ready-to-send demand letter template, with state-specific rules and deadlines. It also offers an optional, paid “case handoff” that packages records for a partnered legal aid clinic or plaintiff-side attorney. This is not a magic lawsuit button: it’s a documentation and triage tool that makes it harder for employers to deny facts and easier for workers to decide whether pursuing a claim is worth it.
