WageProof helps underemployed workers build a credible, employer-ready case for better pay or a better role using evidence, not vibes. Users log real work outputs (projects, tickets, sales, customer outcomes), attach artifacts (screenshots, docs, links), and map them to market job descriptions and pay bands. The app generates a concise “Value Dossier” and negotiation script tailored to the user’s manager, industry, and constraints (e.g., hiring freeze). It also flags when internal advancement is unlikely and recommends a realistic exit plan: target roles, gaps that actually matter, and a weekly application/portfolio checklist. This is not a job board and won’t pretend to magically ‘match’ you to a dream job. It’s a structured system to document impact, reduce ambiguity, and increase leverage in conversations where underemployed workers usually get dismissed.
