WaitLess

WaitLess is a mobile + web app that helps restaurants monetize kitchen capacity and reduce delivery chaos by selling time-slotted “ready windows” instead of vague ETAs. Customers pick from limited, real-time slots (e.g., 6:10–6:25 pickup or courier handoff), with dynamic pricing that discounts slower periods and surcharges overloaded windows. Restaurants get a lightweight dashboard that plugs into their existing POS/KDS flow (or runs standalone) to publish capacity, pause items, and cap orders automatically when the kitchen is slammed. Couriers benefit from fewer dead minutes because orders are staged for predictable handoff times. This isn’t a new marketplace trying to outspend incumbents; it’s a capacity and reliability layer that can sit on top of existing channels (direct ordering links, QR codes, social, even third-party orders via manual import). The goal is fewer refunds, fewer angry customers, and more predictable throughput.
