WaitlistHQ is a mobile + web app for serious Swiss watch buyers to manage the messy reality of allocations and waitlists across multiple authorized dealers and boutiques. Users log each relationship (dealer, SA, boutique), record promised timelines, deposit terms, required purchase history, and communication notes. The app reminds you when to follow up, tracks your “relationship spend” and opportunity cost, and flags when a promise is slipping based on typical lead times for that model. It also supports document capture (deposit receipts, emails) and a clean export you can share with a spouse, accountant, or insurer. This is not a marketplace and it won’t magically get you a Daytona—it's a control panel for a process that is currently handled with screenshots, spreadsheets, and memory. Optional AI summarizes email threads and suggests follow-up messages in your tone.
