WaitlistIQ is a mobile + web app for casual dining hosts and managers to reduce lost parties during peak hours. Instead of a generic waitlist, it predicts which parties are likely to abandon based on quoted time, party size, daypart, and historical pacing, then triggers simple, automated SMS updates (“You’re 10 minutes out—confirm?”). If a party doesn’t confirm, the slot is proactively offered to the next party, keeping the line moving without staff babysitting. It also provides a pacing dashboard that suggests more accurate quote times and flags when the kitchen is the bottleneck. This is not a magical “AI runs your restaurant” product; it’s a focused operational tool that saves covers and reduces host stress. It integrates with common POS/reservation tools where possible, but can run standalone with minimal setup.
