WaitlistWise is a mobile + web app that helps affordable-housing applicants track every application, deadline, document, and status update in one place. Users can scan mail notices, upload PDFs, and log calls/visits; the app turns that into a clean timeline and a checklist of what to do next. It also provides “next best action” reminders (recertifications, missing docs, interview dates) and generates a concise call script and summary to use when contacting housing authorities or property managers. This is not a magic shortcut to jump the line—most waitlists are opaque and slow—but it reduces the common failure mode: getting dropped for missed paperwork, address changes, or unclear instructions. For nonprofits and housing counselors, a lightweight dashboard supports managing multiple clients and exporting case notes.
