WaitlistWiz is a mobile + web app for auto repair shops that turns cancellations and no-shows into revenue by automatically filling open service slots. Shops set rules (job types, promised times, technician skills, parts-on-hand) and the app maintains an opt-in customer waitlist. When a slot opens, it sends time-limited offers via SMS with a one-tap confirm link, then updates the shop calendar and sends prep instructions (drop-off time, keys, authorization). It also handles deposits for high-risk appointments and tracks customer reliability scores based on past behavior. This is not a magical “AI will fix your schedule” product—shops still need clean data and discipline—but it can materially reduce dead bay time with minimal staff effort. Integrations focus on the calendars and DMS tools shops already use, so adoption doesn’t require replacing their workflow.
