WaitTimeIQ

WaitTimeIQ is a mobile + web app that focuses on one thing most review apps ignore: how long you actually wait. Diners quickly log timestamps (arrival, seated, order taken, food served, check delivered) with one-tap buttons; the app aggregates this into reliable, time-of-day wait-time and service-speed ratings per restaurant. Reviews are structured and short, prioritizing measurable service metrics over vague opinions. Restaurants can claim profiles to view anonymized performance dashboards and respond, but they can’t edit user data. The app uses AI to detect suspicious submissions (impossible timelines, coordinated spam) and to summarize trends like “Friday 7–9pm seating delay spikes.” This is not a replacement for Yelp/Google; it’s a companion utility for people who hate wasting an hour on a “15-minute wait” promise.
