WaiverLock

WaiverLock is a mobile + web app that helps youth and school sports programs collect, verify, and manage required participation paperwork (waivers, concussion forms, medical info, emergency contacts) without chasing parents or losing PDFs in email. Coaches and admins create season templates, send a single link, and track completion status by team. Parents complete forms on their phone, upload insurance cards, and e-sign once per season, with automatic reminders before first practice and game days. The app generates a “cleared to play” roster view and a printable emergency packet for away games. It also logs who accessed sensitive info and when, reducing liability exposure. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI reads uploaded forms/cards to auto-fill fields and flag missing signatures or expired dates. It’s not glamorous, but it removes a constant operational mess for programs.
