WalkAwayKit is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that helps car buyers negotiate with discipline instead of emotion. You enter the exact vehicle (VIN or trim), your financing terms, trade-in details, fees in your state, and your must-haves. The app builds a “walk-away plan”: target out-the-door price, max out-the-door price, and a step-by-step script for common dealer moves (payment packing, add-ons, “manager” delays, trade-in lowballing). During the dealership visit, you can log quotes in real time (photo OCR of worksheets), and the app flags hidden markups, mismatched APR, and suspicious fee patterns. It also generates a clean counteroffer message you can text/email multiple dealers to force competition. This is not magic—data can be imperfect—but it reduces costly mistakes and keeps you anchored to numbers.
