WalkProof is a mobile + web app for independent dog walkers and small pet-sitting teams who are tired of “Did you actually walk my dog?” arguments and payment drama. It creates a tamper-resistant walk record: GPS route, time, distance, potty/photo check-ins, and a short end-of-walk recap. The twist is a “Proof Pack” that clients can view without installing the app (shareable link), making it easy for walkers to look professional and win repeat business. Walkers get simple scheduling, client notes, key/entry instructions, and automated invoices. It’s not trying to be another marketplace like Rover; it’s a lightweight operations and trust layer that works with how walkers already get clients (Instagram, referrals, neighborhood groups). Optional AI helps generate concise, consistent walk summaries from check-ins and flags anomalies (route too short, missing check-in).
