WalkProof
WalkProof is a spatial computing app that lets teams capture a space with a phone (LiDAR if available), then run a “walkability and clearance” simulation for planned layouts. You drop in common objects (racks, desks, kiosks, medical carts) or import simple CAD/BIM, and the app checks aisle widths, ADA-style clearances, door swings, sightlines, and collision risks. It outputs a short compliance-style report with annotated screenshots and a shareable 3D link for stakeholders. This is not a full BIM replacement; it’s a fast pre-build validation tool for small-to-mid projects where mistakes are expensive but budgets are limited. It works on mobile for capture and review, plus a web app for sharing, commenting, and exporting reports. AI assists by auto-classifying obstacles and suggesting fixes (e.g., “rotate fixture 15° to restore 36-inch clearance”).
