WalkThruFix is a mobile + web app that helps buyers, sellers, and agents capture inspection and final-walkthrough issues and convert them into a clean, signed repair/credit request. Users record short videos, tag the exact location (room + photo), assign responsibility (seller, buyer, HOA), and attach supporting docs (inspection excerpt, contractor quote). The app generates a standardized “Repair Addendum Packet” with timestamps, evidence links, and a negotiation-ready summary (must-fix vs nice-to-fix). It also tracks deadlines, receipts, and re-check status so nothing gets lost in texts and email threads. This is not a magic ‘find deals’ product; it’s a workflow tool that reduces misunderstandings, missed items, and last-minute closing drama. Monetization: per-transaction fee or agent team subscription, with optional paid e-sign and document storage.
