WallLabelr is a web + mobile app for small museums, galleries, and pop-up exhibitions to generate consistent wall labels, object lists, and installation checklists from a single source of truth. You import works via spreadsheet or simple form, attach images, dimensions, credit lines, lender terms, and interpretive text. The app then outputs print-ready label PDFs (multiple templates), a packing list, condition checklist, and a room-by-room install plan. It also tracks version history so you stop losing time to “final_FINAL_v7” label files. Optional AI assists with first-draft label text (tone, length, reading level) and flags missing metadata (e.g., no credit line, inconsistent dates). This is not a full collections-management system; it’s a lightweight exhibition production tool that fits teams who live in Google Drive and email.
