WallLabelr

WallLabelr is a web + mobile app that generates consistent wall labels, checklists, and QR-linked audio/text guides for exhibitions in minutes. Curators or artists upload a spreadsheet (or type in works), choose a style template, and export print-ready PDFs for labels, price lists, and a simple “digital companion” page per artwork. Visitors scan QR codes to see the work’s details, accessibility text, and optional audio narration. The app focuses on the unglamorous but constant pain: last-minute label edits, inconsistent formatting, and broken QR experiences. It also tracks which works get scanned most, giving small venues basic engagement analytics without needing a full museum platform. This is not a full collection-management system; it’s a lightweight exhibition production tool that saves time and reduces embarrassing errors.
