WallLedger

WallLedger is a mobile + web app for cities, property managers, and mural programs to manage street art like real infrastructure. It creates a verified inventory of murals with GPS, photos, artist info, rights/permissions, paint specs, and a maintenance history. Field staff or volunteers can log condition checks (peeling, tagging, sun fade), attach photos, and generate a simple “needs attention” queue. The app also stores agreements (who approved it, duration, removal terms) so murals don’t become legal/PR surprises when buildings change hands. A public-facing map can be optional, but the core value is operational: keeping murals documented, protected, and maintained with minimal admin work. This is not a feel-good discovery app; it’s a boring system-of-record that reduces risk and saves time for organizations that already fund or host murals.
