WardWorks

WardWorks is a web + mobile civic engagement platform that focuses on one thing most city tools fail at: closing the loop. Residents submit issues or proposals, but every item must map to a specific city department, budget line (if applicable), and a public status timeline (received, triaged, scheduled, resolved, rejected with reason). The platform auto-generates concise, shareable “action cards” that show what the city promised, what it did, and what’s next. It also supports structured community input (ranked-choice polls, comment templates, evidence uploads) to reduce low-signal outrage. For governments, WardWorks provides an intake dashboard, workload routing, SLA tracking, and a public transparency page that updates automatically. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify requests, detect duplicates, summarize threads, and draft plain-language responses, but humans stay in control of final decisions and messaging.
