WarmIntro

WarmIntro is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps employees and managers run sponsorship like a trackable workflow instead of vague “networking.” It maps who can actually open doors inside the company (influence graph), then suggests specific sponsorship actions: nominate for stretch roles, invite to exec forums, co-present, attach to high-visibility projects, and advocate in calibration. The app prompts sponsors with short, time-boxed tasks and captures proof (meeting notes, nominations, outcomes) to show real impact without turning it into performative busywork. For protégés, it provides a clear “ask menu” and readiness checklist so requests are concrete and easy to say yes to. Admins get anonymized dashboards showing sponsorship coverage gaps by level, function, and underrepresented groups—without exposing private messages. It’s realistic: it won’t “create” sponsors, but it will reduce friction and make follow-through visible.
