WarpGuard

WarpGuard is a desktop + mobile companion that predicts print warping, corner lift, and bed-adhesion failures from your slicer file and a few printer/environment inputs. You import a 3MF/G-code, select material, bed surface, enclosure status, and room temperature, and the app runs a fast simulation/heuristic model to flag high-risk regions and suggest specific fixes (brim size, bed temp changes, draft shielding, orientation tweaks, fillet recommendations). It also generates a “risk report” you can share with a team or attach to a job ticket. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify failure patterns from photos and past job outcomes, while deterministic rules handle the basics. It’s not magic—predictions won’t be perfect—but it can cut the dumb, repeatable failures that waste hours and money, especially for larger prints and ABS/nylon jobs.
