WarrantVault

WarrantVault is a web app for companies that receive subpoenas, warrants, preservation letters, and other legal process. It centralizes intake, verifies authenticity (issuer, jurisdiction, service method, scope), and drives a defensible workflow from legal review to data collection and production. The system maintains an immutable chain-of-custody log, deadline tracking, and standardized response packages (what was produced, when, by whom, and under what authority). It also supports role-based access, secure evidence storage, and audit-ready reporting for internal and external reviews. This is not a magic “push-button compliance” tool: it reduces chaos, missed deadlines, and inconsistent handling—especially for fast-growing SaaS, fintech, and marketplaces that lack mature legal ops. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps extract key fields from incoming documents and flags anomalies, but humans approve every step.
