WarrantyVault
WarrantyVault helps people make big-ticket purchases (cars, appliances, electronics, home systems) with a brutally realistic view of total ownership cost and risk. You scan or forward product listings, quotes, and warranty PDFs; the app extracts coverage terms, exclusions, deductibles, service fees, and claim limits, then compares them against common failure timelines and repair price ranges. It outputs a plain-English “What you’ll actually pay” estimate over 1/3/5 years, plus a red-flag list of gotchas (e.g., parts-only coverage, mandatory maintenance proof, third-party administrator issues). It also tracks receipts, serial numbers, and warranty deadlines, and reminds you when to register products or schedule required maintenance so you don’t void coverage. This is not a deal-finder; it’s a decision sanity-checker that prevents expensive regret.
