WatchProof is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps watch investors stop overpaying by turning messy market data into a single “realistic exit price” view. It pulls sold comps from major marketplaces and auctions, then normalizes them for condition, set completeness, region, currency, and—critically—selling friction: platform fees, payment fees, shipping, insurance, taxes/VAT exposure, and expected discount to move within a chosen time window. You get a Liquidity Score and a Net Proceeds estimate for each reference, plus alerts when spreads widen or inventory spikes (a common sign of softening demand). AI is used for listing parsing (photos/text to detect reference, dial variant, and red flags) and for explaining why a price is or isn’t supported by comps. It’s not a “get rich” app; it’s a sober underwriting tool for buyers who actually plan to resell.
