WatchTriage
WatchTriage is a mobile + web app that helps people decide what to watch tonight without doom-scrolling across five streaming services. You tell it your time window, mood, tolerance for violence/romance, and whether you want something “easy” or “prestige.” It then ranks a short list (5–9 titles) and explains each pick with practical reasons: pacing, episode length, how quickly it gets good, and what kind of attention it requires. It also flags friction points like “slow first 2 episodes,” “ends on cliffhanger,” or “season unfinished.” Users can connect their streaming accounts (or manually select services) so results are actually available to them. The app learns from quick thumbs-up/down after viewing and improves future picks. It’s not trying to replace IMDb; it’s trying to end decision paralysis.
