WatchWarrant is a web + mobile app that helps independent watchmakers and service centers produce brand-level, audit-ready service documentation without the brand overhead. It standardizes intake, condition reporting, movement/parts notes, timing results, water-resistance test results, and photo evidence into a tamper-evident “service dossier” the customer can keep and share at resale. The app generates customer-facing PDFs, internal bench checklists, and a simple chain-of-custody log (who handled the watch, when, and why). An AI assistant (optional) turns technician notes and photos into consistent, professional reports and flags missing steps (e.g., no pressure test recorded for a diver). This is not a marketplace; it’s a documentation and trust layer that reduces disputes, chargebacks, and resale friction while making small shops look premium.
