WaterBench

WaterBench is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps companies and municipalities quickly score and compare water risk across facilities, wells, and service areas. Users enter a site location and basic usage profile, then the app pulls public datasets (watershed stress, drought indices, groundwater trends, flood exposure, regulatory constraints) and produces a standardized “water risk scorecard” with plain-language drivers and recommended next steps. It’s not a magic prediction engine; it’s a decision-support tool that replaces messy spreadsheets and inconsistent consultant reports. The MVP focuses on a small set of high-quality datasets, transparent methodology, and exportable reports for ESG, insurance, and capital planning. Paid tiers add portfolio views, alerts when conditions change, and team workflows. The goal is to make water risk comparable and auditable, not flashy.
