WatermarkOps is a desktop + companion web app for photographers and small studios who need fast, consistent batch watermarking without babysitting exports. You create “rules” (by folder, filename pattern, client, or platform) that automatically apply the right watermark preset: position, scale by image dimensions, opacity, safe margins, and optional tiling for high-risk sets. It processes locally for speed and privacy, but syncs presets and job logs to the web dashboard so teams can standardize branding and prove what was delivered. It also generates platform-specific outputs (Instagram, web galleries, proofs) with different watermark strengths and export sizes in one run. This is not magic: it won’t stop theft, but it will reduce repetitive work, prevent inconsistent branding, and cut rework caused by wrong exports. Pricing should be simple: per-seat with a small team tier.
