The app produces clear dashboards for operators and a public-facing notice page with plain-language guidance, expected timelines, and conservation targets. It also tracks compliance signals (meter reads, district flow, reported leaks) and highlights where interventions actually reduce demand. This is not a magic “find more water” tool; it’s a practical decision and communication system that reduces chaos, political blowback, and operational guesswork. The MVP focuses on one utility at a time, with simple data connectors and templates for drought stages, emergency messaging, and reporting to regulators. It’s built to work even with imperfect data and limited staff.
