WattProof is a web + mobile AI app for small commercial buildings (5,000–100,000 sq ft) that turns messy utility bills and basic building info into a credible, month-by-month energy efficiency scorecard. Users upload PDFs/CSVs of electric/gas bills (or connect via utility data where available), tag major changes (LED retrofit, HVAC tune-up, new hours), and the app automatically normalizes for weather and occupancy using public degree-day data. It then estimates savings with confidence bands, flags anomalies (demand spikes, baseload creep), and generates a board/owner-ready report that can be shared with landlords, tenants, or rebate programs. This is not a “smart home” gadget app; it’s a lightweight measurement & verification tool for people who can’t afford consultants.
