WattWarden

WattWarden is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps mid-market companies cut emissions by finding and validating energy-saving actions directly from utility and meter data. Users connect electricity/gas accounts or upload bills; the app normalizes tariffs, flags abnormal usage, and recommends a short list of high-confidence actions (schedule fixes, demand charge reduction, HVAC tuning, lighting controls, leak detection prompts). It then tracks savings with simple, auditable before/after baselines and produces board-ready reports that don’t pretend to be perfect carbon accounting. The product is intentionally pragmatic: it focuses on measurable kWh/therms and cost savings first, then converts to emissions using transparent grid factors. It also includes a lightweight workflow to assign tasks to facilities staff or vendors and confirm completion with photos, invoices, or BMS screenshots. The goal is fewer “strategy decks,” more verified reductions.
