WattWarden is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that monitors real-world EV battery health using OBD-II/BLE adapters and the car’s available telemetry. It focuses on what owners actually care about: sudden range drops, abnormal degradation, temperature stress, and charging behavior that quietly accelerates wear. The app turns messy metrics (SOH, cell imbalance proxies, charge curves) into plain-language alerts and a simple “battery risk score,” plus recommended actions (e.g., adjust charge limit, avoid repeated fast-charging when hot). It also generates a shareable battery health report for resale or warranty conversations. This is not magic: some vehicles expose limited data, and accuracy varies by model. The product wins by being honest about confidence levels per vehicle and by making the data usable, not just visible.
