WattWarranty

WattWarranty is a mobile + web app that helps EV owners understand, document, and successfully file battery and drivetrain warranty claims. Users log symptoms (range drop, charging limits, error codes), upload service invoices, and pull vehicle data (OBD-II where possible) into a clean timeline. The app then generates a plain-English “claim packet” with the exact warranty language that applies, suggested diagnostic steps, and a checklist of what to ask the service center—so owners don’t get dismissed with vague explanations. It also tracks case status, stores communications, and flags when a dealer’s response conflicts with published warranty terms. This is not magic: it won’t force approval, and OEMs can still deny claims. But it dramatically improves preparedness and reduces the time wasted bouncing between service advisors, call centers, and forums.
