WattWatch

WattWatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small and mid-sized businesses to reduce electricity waste using the data they already have: utility interval bills, smart meter exports, and basic occupancy schedules. It automatically detects “always-on” loads, after-hours spikes, and abnormal baselines, then turns them into a short weekly action list (e.g., HVAC schedules, server closet ventilation, lighting zones, vending machine timers). It also estimates savings, payback, and CO2 impact with conservative assumptions and tracks results month-over-month. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify anomalies, explain likely causes in plain language, and generate checklists for facilities staff, but the core value is simple measurement and accountability. It’s not a magic autopilot—users still must implement changes—but it makes waste obvious and prioritized.
