WattWatchr

WattWatchr is a mobile + web app that turns messy smart-home device data into a clear, actionable energy and cost picture. It connects to common ecosystems (Home Assistant, SmartThings, Shelly, TP-Link/Kasa, Hue, Ecobee/Nest where possible) and builds a per-device “always-on” baseline, then flags anomalies like a space heater cycling all night, a dehumidifier stuck on, or an HVAC fan running too often. It estimates cost using your utility rate plan (including time-of-use) and suggests simple automation fixes (e.g., shut off entertainment stack at 1am, cap water-heater recirculation, pause EV charging during peak). It won’t magically read power from devices that don’t expose it; instead it combines smart-plug readings, known device profiles, and optional manual inputs, and is transparent about confidence levels. The goal is fewer surprises on the bill, not gimmicky dashboards.
