WattWatchr

WattWatchr is a web + mobile energy management system for small commercial buildings that don’t have a full-time energy manager. It connects to utility interval data (where available) and a limited set of popular submeters/BMS exports, then flags the most common, high-cost issues: after-hours baseload creep, HVAC running out of schedule, simultaneous heating/cooling patterns, and demand spikes. The product focuses on “actionable tickets” rather than dashboards: each alert includes a plain-language explanation, estimated cost, confidence level, and a recommended next step (change schedule, check a valve, adjust setpoint, investigate a specific panel). It also generates a monthly savings report with conservative assumptions and an audit trail so facility teams can justify work orders and budget. This is a combination traditional + AI app: rules handle known patterns; AI helps summarize anomalies and draft reports.
